Medical Director
Dr. Andrew Hamilton, DO
Dr. Hamilton is a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment with expertise spanning primary care in both the outpatient and hospital setting. His diverse experience includes serving in urgent cares and providing critical care in the ICU during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing his adaptability and commitment to patient care in challenging environments. His leadership as a medical director in the industry has allowed for growth on cutting edge therapies as well as striving to provide optimal patient care.
Passionate about medical education, Dr. Hamilton believes there is no higher honor in medicine than serving his community. He dedicates himself to training the next generation of compassionate and skilled physicians, striving to improve healthcare by integrating sustainable principles and inspiring excellence among resident physicians. With Crystal Health Solutions, he aims to expand patient care, making healthcare more accessible and improving your overall quality of life.
Nurse Practitioners
Amy Wood, FNP-BC, FMACP, BHPCC
Amy is an experienced, compassionate board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is certified in functional medicine, and is an Amen University Certified Brain Health Professional. Her broad range of experience working with people of all ages. Amy obtained her Nurse Practitioner degree from Jacksonville University while working at the Mayo Clinic as a critical care nurse. Amy has spent over 20 years in healthcare working with all ages and in a variety of settings. She takes the time to listen to each client and work with them to tailor a plan to help them reach their health goals.
While working in primary care and urgent care clinics Amy discovered much of traditional medicine is more reactive than preventive. Amy utilizes integrative approaches incorporating functional medicine and specialty testing when needed in addition to traditional bloodwork to help determine the root cause of symptoms. She then uses that information to formulate a personalized health plan to help each of her clients lead better, healthier lives.
When Amy is not working she enjoys a wide variety of outdoor adventures with family and friends, particularly, hiking, biking, sailing, camping, and snowshoeing. She also loves her husband’s cooking.
Christina Johnson, NP, NP-C, FNP-C
Christina holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Wesleyan College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaGrange College, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia, specializing in their Family Nurse Practitioner program. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Christina worked as a bedside nurse, where she gained experience stabilizing renal and cardiac patients for discharge and teaching rehabilitation behaviors to facilitate their return to daily life.
This experience was instrumental in her decision to pursue further education to become a nurse practitioner, driven by her objective to provide primary and long-term care focused on achieving the best quality of life for her patients. This remains her core career objective. Her 15 year experience includes primary care in the clinical setting, long term care rounds, and urgent care services, all with focus on compassionate, accessible, patient-centered care.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys reading, spending time with her family, exploring new locations, and supporting her beloved Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves.

As of May 2025, Crystal Health Solutions provides services exclusively in Utah, and all providers are licensed to practice in this state. Licensing verification is conducted prior to onboarding and monitored regularly to maintain compliance with state regulations and LegitScript standards.
