What is Sleep Apnea?
Sleep apnea is a serious condition where breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep. The most common type, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), can cause:
Loud snoring or gasping
Daytime fatigue or mood changes
Memory and concentration issues
High blood pressure or heart problems
If left untreated, sleep apnea increases your risk of stroke, heart disease, and diabetes.
An HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Test) can detect these signs in your own bed — safely, privately, and affordably.
How Do I Get Diagnosed?
Getting tested for sleep apnea is easier than ever — and you can do it all from home.
We use a Home Sleep Apnea Test (HSAT) to help detect signs of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) without the need for an overnight hospital stay. The process is simple, fast, and fully virtual.
Here’s How It Works:
-
Book a telehealth visit with one of our licensed providers.
-
If appropriate, your provider will order a home sleep test kit to be shipped directly to your door.
-
You’ll wear the device overnight, then review your results virtually within days.
Your test results are reviewed by a licensed provider and kept secure through our HIPAA-compliant systems. If sleep apnea is diagnosed, we’ll walk you through your treatment options, including how to access a CPAP if needed.
