What Happens When You Test at Home

Exactly how your at-home sleep test works:

  • 5–10 minutes to set up. Put on the lightweight sensor(s), place the soft nasal tube, and press “Start.”

  • Sleep like normal. Go to bed at your usual time. You can change sleep positions and get up for the bathroom—just reconnect if anything comes loose.

  • What it records. Breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, and breathing effort while you sleep.

  • If something pops off. Re-attach and press “Start/Resume.” If the device shows a red/alert light, follow the quick guide in your kit or call support.

  • In the morning. Press “End,” place everything back in the box, and use the prepaid return label.

  • When you’ll hear back. A licensed provider reviews your data and explains results by video visit, typically within 3–5 business days after we receive your device.

Tip: Charge your phone and remove heavy face lotions or oils near sensor sites so adhesive sticks well.
