  • Yes. We accept Utah Medicaid, Medicare, and many commercial plans including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, BlueCross, and more. We’ll verify your coverage before anything is shipped.

  • Many patients pay $0 out of pocket. If there is any cost, we’ll let you know before proceeding — no surprise bills.

  • We also accept many commercial plans. If you're unsure, just fill out our short form and we’ll check your coverage for free.

  • You’ll receive a small wearable device that monitors your sleep overnight in your own bed. The data is then reviewed by a licensed provider through a virtual appointment.

  • es. We include a prepaid return envelope. Just drop it in the mail the next day.

  • Most patients receive their results within 3–5 business days of returning the device.

  • Yes. Your results review is done through a secure telehealth visit with a licensed U.S. provider.

  • If you are diagnosed, we can help you get set up with a CPAP machine and supplies — often covered by your insurance as well.

  • Our test is designed to diagnose obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), which is the most common sleep disorder. If your symptoms suggest another issue, our provider may refer you to a specialist.

  • Yes — for patients who meet clinical guidelines, at-home tests are approved by Medicare and Medicaid as a valid diagnostic option for OSA.
