Most requests are reviewed by a licensed Utah provider the same day — often within an hour.
If medically appropriate, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy. Heads up! Most pharmacies close by 8 PM, so if we get your request after 6 PM (Mon–Fri), we’ll call it in first thing the next business day.Weekend timing: Requests sent Friday evening or Saturday before 3 PM will be handled Saturday. After 3 PM Saturday or on Sunday? We’ll send it Monday.Need it today? Try to submit early! -
We may be able to help with prescriptions for common, non-controlled medications.
Every request is reviewed individually to determine if it’s medically appropriate.
We do not prescribe controlled substances. -
The $40 covers the provider’s review of your request and, if appropriate, the submission of a prescription to your chosen pharmacy.

Not at all! Our service is cash-pay only. You pay $40 to request a provider review, and you’ll pay separately for any medication at your pharmacy.

If our provider determines your concern requires in-person care or diagnostics, we’ll let you know. You won’t be charged again unless you submit a new request.
